FREE LEADERSHIP INC identifies, educates and supports under-represented citizens and those in service positions to acquire more effective coaching techniques, mentoring behaviours, and friendship standards so that they become agents of social health in their communities

Our aim is that together, we create a ripple effect throughout our communities where collaboration, diversity in civic engagement and social health becomes the norm.

What if someone believed in you, cheered you on, mindfully told you when you were playing small, helped you see what you don’t see more clearly, and was there when you didn’t believe in yourself?

How would that change things?

We are here to raise the expression of leadership qualities and the effectiveness of helping behaviors in people regardless of their social status.
Teachers, frontline or administrative support staff, wellness and hospitality providers, bartenders, barbers, stylists, fitness and nutrition trainers, Uber & Lyft drivers, non-profit staff, neighborhood advocates...

To foster social relationships that influence prosocial behavior, healthy life-style habits, and economic mobility.

Our intention behind all that we do is to generate more social capital in the physical communities that we live and work in, by positioning citizens to provide enhanced personal support to one another.

We Envision

communities exhibit a “3-2-1” culture. Each individual has at least 3 high quality friends, 2 high quality mentors, and 1 powerful coach that provide the necessary social capital to live an optimal life.
