If We Cancel

In the event that we cancel any class, group workshop or coaching call for which individuals purchased a ticket for, we will take reasonable commercial efforts to reschedule it within 30 days. We will reach out to individual ticket holders via email within two business days to give them an option to either be refunded the ticket amount Free Leadership received (the ticket cost, minus the processing fee the platform collects) OR receive a coupon in the dollar paid amount for a future workshop valid for 365 days.  If the individual does not answer our email after 5 business days, we will automatically refund them.  .

If You Cancel

Individuals can cancel and request a refund (the ticket cost, minus the processing fee the platform collects) up to 3 business days before the workshop date. Requests can be made by emailing krystal@freeleadership.org.  Given our limited space and our human-oriented planning process, no refunds will be given if a request is not made before 3 business days before the class starts. No refunds will be provided after any class, coaching call or workshop for any reason.

For cohort members of a program,  cancellation and request a refund (the program cost, minus the processing fee the platform collects) can be made up to 10 business days before the program begins, or as otherwise stated..  Any previous installment payments made are non-refundable. 

Organizations contracting a Free Leadership service must cancel services within 21 business days to avoid being charged a $125 cancellation fee.    

In kind donations or money donations

All cash or in kind donations are final and non-returnable.
